14-day money-back guarantee. If Agent Limit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email epictools.io@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Include the email address you bought with, or your order ID from the receipt.
We'll process the refund through Polar, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

What happens to your license

When we refund a purchase, we disable its license key, and Agent Limit locks again the next time it starts.

After 14 days

We don't normally offer refunds after 14 days. If something isn't working, email us anyway. We'd rather fix it, and we'll consider refunds case by case, for example if a supported provider stops working and we can't fix it.

Before you buy

Agent Limit needs a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 14 or later. You can watch the demo on the home page to see exactly what it does.
